Player Participation Outside of Chase Minor Hockey
A player trying out for a BC Hockey Competitive, Rep and Zone teams outside of Chase Minor Hockey (your Home Association) requires specific forms to be signed by a representative of Chase MHA before the tryouts begin. Please contact our Registrar or President if you have specific questions regarding participating in out of Association tryouts or transfers.

Changing Home Associations - Move With Parent (download form)
Move With Parent Application form is a required document for all Minor Hockey players who are registering with a different Home Association than the one that they were previously registered.

Must be completed to apply for over age player exemption under specific circumstances.

Must be completed in order to move from CMHA to play in another Association if CMHA does not offer a Recreational team in the players birth division

Chase MHA awards trophies and plaques annually to recognize and reward outstanding achievements and service to the youth of Chase Minor Hockey.
Affiliate Players (download)
Our Association uses the Affiliate Player Policy to provide more advanced players with opportunities to practice and play at higher levels than they are registered at. This participation is governed by our AP Policy.
Tournament Refund Policy
If your team is unable to attend after acceptance, you will need to notify Chase Minor Hockey immediately. 30 Days prior to the tournament, the entry fee will be returned less $100 admin fee. After 30 days, 50% will be refunded if another team can be found to be replace. If no team found, no refund will be forthcoming. 7 days or less. No refund will be forthcoming except in extenuating circumstance and approved by the CMHA Executive.
