Chase MHA awards trophies and plaques annually to recognize and reward outstanding achievements and service to the youth of Chase Minor Hockey. To recognize changes in division names and to better categorize our winners, Chase MHA has revised our Trophies and Awards. Some changes will take place immediately, while others will be phased in next season, 2023-2024.

CMHA Constitution

Our Constitution is our founding document and outlines how the Association is to be managed. Changes to this document must only be made at AGM's and extraordinary meetings

Affilliate Players

Our Association uses the Affiliate Player Policy to provide more advanced players with opportunities to practice and play at higher levels than they are registered at. This participation is governed by our AP Policy.

CMHA Equipment and Uniform Care 

Other than ice time, Uniforms and Equipment is one of Chase MHA's largest expenditures. In order to prolong equipment and uniform life, we have instituted these rules and guidelines that registrants and guardians are expected to follow
