Chase Minor Hockey is proud of, and supports all of our Officials, especially our homegrown ones. We recognize that without Officials, there are no hockey games. That's why we spend time, effort and financial resources in recruiting, developing and supporting our on ice Officials.

We expect the parents, coaches and visitors to assist us in making our referees and linespeople better by treating them with respect and behaving appropriately at all times on and off the ice.

Please consider the following when scheduling games:

  • Give the assignor plenty of advance notice of games;

  • When your league, exhibition or tournament schedule is completed, forward a copy to the assignor.

See the Green - Stop the Mean!

Like a lot of other Minor Hockey Association's across North America, Chase MHA will participate in the " Green Armband Initiative" this season.

RESPECT OUR YOUNG OFFICIALS

GreenArmBand_locals_REV2.png

There are 30,000 officials in Hockey Canada. Each year, 10,000 of them quit.

The green arm band indicates certain officials are younger than 17 years of age. Coaches, players and spectators must show respect and encouragement to the next generation of Officials. Please help these your Officials continue the commitment to youth hockey.
